I am trying to recreate a desert I made sometime last year it was really good so I am going put here what I think I did and see if it works…. then if it doesn’t I will adjust is according to this and update as I go along.

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 Tbs vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Large cans peaches drained I prefer the one is “Heavy Syrup”

Mix all ingredients except the peaches in a bowl till smooth set aside make topping


  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sweetened coconut flakes

The butter should be firm enough to make ball with pastry mixer mix everything but the coconut flakes first till small pea sized balls appear then lightly toss in coconut flakes into mixture.

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Lay peaches on bottom of greased 13×9 inch baking pan then pour batter on top of peaches, spread evenly, top with topping put in oven bake about 40 to 60 minutes.

I think this is what I did one time and it was really good.
