1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

½ bag (frozen) or 1 lb uncooked shrimp (fresh)
1 tub sliced Mushrooms
5 or 6 cloves garlic peeled and cut up
